In the event of any damage to product via delivery, contact our support team and we will file a damaged goods claim with FedEx and either resend your damaged goods or give you credit.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 How much does shipping cost?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 Shipping is based on distance to the destination and weight of the box. The more weight, the cheaper per pound. Residential packages generally range from $7\u2013$12. All products are shipped FedEx ground unless requested otherwise.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 What is the minimum order for delivery?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 For residential deliveries, if ordering just the thin (lavash) bread, a minimum of six packages is required. For commercial accounts, if ordering just the thin (lavash) bread, a minimum of 40 packages is required to receive wholesale prices.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 How long will the bread keep good?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 <i>If frozen:<\/i> six months to one year. <i>If refrigerated:<\/i> 2 to 3 weeks. <i>If on shelf:<\/i> 10 days.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 How many packages of bread can be put in one case?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 <i>Thin:<\/i> 6 packages to 40 packages. <i>Pita:<\/i> 6 packages to 30 packages<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 What is your refund\/exchange policy?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 All refunds\/exchanges are at the discretion of the management. Please contact customer service at 800-544-2415 within 24 hours of receiving your item.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Q.\u00a0 Can I cancel my order?<\/h3>\n<p>A.\u00a0 Please submit any cancellation via email to <a href=\"mailto:orders@ghossainsbakery.com\">orders@ghossainsbakery.com<\/a> or call 800-544-2415. Email cancellations must contain the following: First Name, Last Name, Email Address. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing the order has not been charged and\/or shipped out.\u00a0In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.
